PROCESSING TIME
READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS (Hair On Hand):
Processing time is 1–2 business days.
We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
PRE-ORDERS / SPECIAL ORDERS / CUSTOM WIGS:
Processing time is 3-7 business days.
This allows time for sourcing, quality checks, and customizing your luxury hair.
SHIPPING TIME
United States:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and fulfilled.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package anytime using the link provided.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery in select areas. If available for your address, you will see this option at checkout.
You will receive an “Out for Delivery” notification and a “Delivered” notification.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the package.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you choose Local Pickup, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification once your order is prepared.
Pickup must be completed within 48 hours unless otherwise arranged.
ADDRESS ISSUES
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered:
– We cannot replace or refund items delivered to the wrong address.
– You must contact the carrier to request an intercept or correction.
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been scanned by the carrier, K Amourr Collection is no longer responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, delivery delays, or incorrect addresses.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx) and file a claim.
We will assist with claim details, but we do not issue refunds for carrier errors.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During holidays or major sale events, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of ordering.
